Peelclear Basecoat

Description

Peelclear Base is an advanced waterborne low VOC peelable primer that lays down a thick, crystal-clear protective layer on virtually any surface. Beyond protection, it’s perfect for customizing your vehicle. Use our custom Dip • N • Dyes system or add a pearls for that light extra or use it as a removable primer basecoat. Simply add Peelclear White or Black Pigments to achieve the exact primer shade you’re looking for. Every application delivers a smooth, professional-grade finish with Peelclear Base.

Pro Tip:
Thin up to 20% with dry pearl.

Directions:
Peelclear come ready to spray. but if you would like a thinner feel our reducer can be used just make sure you still get 4 mil of base before moving on to your next step.

Spray Setup:

• Recommended tip: 1.4 mm at 29 PSI
• Apply one medium coat with 50/50 overlap.
• Wait until the film flashes off (appears matte, no longer wet) before applying the next coat. Flash time: 10–20 minutes.
• For coats 2, 3, and 4, apply wet coats with 60/40 overlap. Total: four coats for best performance.
• 4 mils dry film build before moving on.
