TRAFFIC RED is a rich, high-quality colorant mixed right here at PeelClear, created with our DIP • N • DYES color system. Each batch is made using only the finest automotive-grade toners to ensure brilliant, durable, and consistent color performance.
These colorants are designed to perform best over a white base, delivering maximum vibrancy and depth. However, for darker shades, you can apply them over a light grey base. The solid pigments provide excellent coverage and can be used either as a stand-alone color or as the foundation for layering pearls, metallics, or custom effects.
Each DIP • N • DYES jar is precisely formulated to tint one full gallon of PeelClear Base. Follow these steps for the best results:
Prepare your base: Ensure your PeelClear Base is clean, well-mixed, and ready to tint.
Add the colorant: Pour 8oz of TRAFFIC RED into one gallon of PeelClear Base.
Initial mix: Mix well push all ball into the base.
Let it rest: Allow the mixture to sit for about 1-2 minutes, giving the toners time to fully saturate in the system.
Final mix: Resume mixing until the color is completely uniform and smooth. No lumps
Spray as usual: Apply with your standard setup following PeelClear’s recommended spray settings for base coats.
