Surface Primer 2.0 – Description

Surface Primer 2.0 is a control layer designed to regulate the adhesion of Peelclear base coat to different OEM painted surfaces. It does not build film. Instead, it creates a uniform interface that improves application consistency and controlled release.

Use prior to Peelclear base coat to:

• Reduce excessive adhesion
• Improve release consistency
• Normalize surface variability

Surface Preparation (Required)

• Use a DA polisher with a foam medium or heavy cutting pad
• Apply a medium to heavy compound
• Make a few fast passes (not paint correction)

Goal: Remove contamination and create a clean, uniform surface

After compounding:

• Wipe clean with microfiber
• Follow with IPA or surface prep wipe
• Ensure no residue remains

Application

• Shake or mix thoroughly
• Spray with low fluid, high atomization (~30 PSI)
• Apply a very light, dry coat only

Correct: matte / dull finish
Incorrect: wet or glossy = too heavy

Allow to flash 3 min flash, then apply Peelclear base coat.
