A Structured Paint System
Peelclear is built through controlled layers, where color can be introduced within or between coats depending on the system. Each stage allows for refinement, sanding, and adjustment — delivering precise, repeatable results.
Prep & Base Build
Decontaminate, mask, and build structured base layers using standard HVLP equipment.
Color, Refine & Top Coat
Color is introduced within the base layers or between layers depending on the system. Optional sanding allows surface refinement before applying the top coat.
Cure & Final Finish
Cure overnight or heat-accelerated. Sand, polish, and refine to achieve the final result.
