PeelClear products are professional-grade automotive coating products intended for use by trained installers or experienced users.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Results depend on surface preparation, environment, application method, film build, and installer skill
- PeelClear does not guarantee specific visual, durability, or performance outcomes
- Improper application may result in defects including (but not limited to) wrinkles, blistering, adhesion issues, or failure
PeelClear products are sold “as is” and “as available.”
4. Installer Responsibility and Disclaimer
PeelClear does not control or supervise third-party installers.
Any installer listed, referenced, or certified is:
- An independent business
- Not an employee, agent, or representative of PeelClear LLC
PeelClear is not responsible for:
- Installer workmanship
- Labor disputes
- Vehicle damage
- Pricing set by installers
- Installer warranties or promises
All installation services are contracts solely between the customer and the installer.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing at any time
- Correct pricing or listing errors
- Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Once an order is shipped:

- PeelClear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, hazmat restrictions, or customs
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of chemical coating products:
- Opened, used, or mixed products are non-refundable
- Returns may be accepted only with prior written authorization
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
PeelClear reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
8. 20 Year Limited Product Warranty
Peelclear offers a 20 Year Limited Product Warranty for qualifying installations completed by a Certified Peelclear Installer using approved Peelclear materials and procedures.
The warranty covers qualifying defects in the Peelclear product system, including issues such as delamination, blistering, adhesion failure, product-related peeling, premature yellowing caused by material degradation, cracking, structural breakdown, or loss of intended protective performance.
Peelclear warranties the Peelclear system itself. Peelclear does not warranty the vehicle, the underlying paint or surface, installer workmanship, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper removal, normal wear and tear, scratches, rock chips, impacts, staining, environmental contamination, or cosmetic perfection.
To maintain coverage, warranty registration, customer acknowledgment, aftercare compliance, required check-ins, and timely claim submission may be required. If a covered claim is approved, Peelclear may provide an approved remedy under the full warranty, subject to the stated remedy limits.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the intellectual property of PeelClear LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to:
