How The Paint System Works
Peelclear is a single, universal system. The chemistry remains constant across all five finish types, only the layering strategy changes depending on the desired finish.

Peelable Paint System
The Peelclear system is built on two components, a base coat and a top coat, that chemically crosslink during cure into a single continuous film. Because they integrate at a molecular level, the result behaves as one unified material: flexible, durable, and able to peel clean without residue or damage.
The base builds thickness and color. The top coat defines finish, resistance, and surface performance. Each layer has a distinct role.
Waterborne Technology
A patent pending waterborne base coat engineered for controlled spray application and consistent film formation. Low VOC chemistry enables safer handling and cleaner installation environments.
High-Solids Engineering
High-solids formulation builds film thickness efficiently, reaching 8-12 mil in fewer layers. At that thickness, Peelclear offers protection comparable to standard PPF.
Crosslinked Film Structure
Base and top coat cure into one unified material, strong enough to resist daily wear, flexible enough to follow every curve, and stable enough to peel in large clean sections when you're ready.
