Peelclear is a patent-pending waterborne multi-layer coating system: base coat, color layer, and top coat engineered together as one continuous film that cures to a factory-grade finish and removes without residue.
System Architecture

The Peelclear stack is assembled layer by layer in the spray booth and chemically integrates during cure: a spray-applied, peelable paint system that looks and performs like automotive paint, cures to a flawless finish, and can be removed without residue.
Applied in a spray booth with standard HVLP equipment, and backed by Peelclear's 20-year warranty program.
Two coats that chemically bond with the base coat. Defines the finish (gloss, matte, or satin) and self-levels to eliminate orange peel.
Optional. Solid colors, pearls, ultra shifts, and OEM-style color matching. Skip it for clear protection.

Waterborne Carrier
Patent-pending waterborne formula sprayed with standard HVLP equipment: easier cleanup, safer handling, and no solvent-based shipping restrictions.
Structural Base Coat
About four coats build the peelable foundation, installing faster with fewer layers than traditional solvent-borne coatings.
Integrated Top Coat
Two top coats chemically bond with the base coat into a single integrated layer that self-levels to eliminate orange peel.
UV & Chemical Protection
Shields against UV rays, rock chips, road salt, and chemicals. Engineered to resist fade and yellowing over the long term.
Controlled Adhesion
Strong enough to stay put under road debris and daily wear. Engineered to release cleanly when peeled.
Self-Healing Top Layer
Minor imperfections heal similar to standard PPF. Deeper marks on gloss finishes can be sanded and polished like OEM paint.
